NWTL Click and Collect - during Alert Level 3

Dear members,

The Toy Library will be operating a contactless click and collect service on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning’s during Level Three.

On Wednesday afternoon, you will be able to book a click and collect time slot beginning from when we re-open on Friday 24 September. 

We have established the below steps and rules for a contactless click and collect system during Level Three to ensure the safety of our librarian and members:

1. Log in to Mibase and reserve the toys you want to borrow (see email for instructions).
2. Book your Click and Collect time slot (see email for instructions).
3. At home, ensure you have cleaned your toys (see email instructions). We are taking a zero-tolerance approach, anyone who returns a toy dirty will be fined $20 due to the importance of safeguarding our toy librarian and members.
4. At the toy library, please arrive on time (not early) for your click and collect time slot and wait outside (2m apart) until the toy librarian allows you to enter. Scan the QR code on entry (or use the sign in form) and sanitise your hands. Please note, if you are too early or too late for your time slot you may be refused entry. Masks must be worn at all times, no mask, no entry. Only one member is to be inside the toy library (cordoned off entrance area only) at a time. No volunteers or children are to come into the toy library. 
5. Returned toys are to be placed in a quarantined area as directed by the toy librarian. The member returning a toy is to read out the toy number and confirm the number of pieces. It is your responsibility to inform Joanne of any missing or broken pieces.
6. Collect your reserved toys from the toy collection area by the main entrance. Sanitise your hands on the way out and please remember to once again clean toys when you get them home.
         

Please be aware, no substitute or change of mind for toys is available while operating our click and collect system. Joanne will do her best to complete an order. If a toy cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe it will be deemed unavailable.

For information on how to reserve toys and select a click and collect timeslot, please see the attached documents. Please note, you must reserve toys first before you can select a click and collect timeslot. Orders must be completed prior to collection, and at latest by 8.00pm the night prior to collection. On-the-day orders will not be able to be fulfilled by the toy librarian.
